We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Atlantic Canada. OTR orders must need to contact for quote.

BossTire Return Policy

30 Days from Receipt of the Product

  • Customers have 30 days from the date of receiving the product to initiate a return. Please ensure you act within this timeframe to be eligible for a return. There is a 15% restocking fee for all new tire returns.

Return Notification via Email

  • To start the return process, please notify us by emailing admin@bosstire.ca. Your email should include the following information:
  • Reason for the return
  • Purchase date
  • Order number
  • Once we receive your email, our customer service team will guide you through the next steps.

Condition of Products

  • Products must be unused and free from any damage to qualify for a return. Tires that have been mounted or driven on are not eligible for a return.
  • If your return is due to warranty coverage, please include all correspondence with the warranty company in your return package. This ensures a smooth and efficient processing of your return.
